BARRE

Combining a fusion of my favourite pilates sculpt moves with standing barre combos aims to strengthen and lengthen the full body. Added cardio bursts in select classes have your heart rate up and endorphins flowing through the class.

SCULPT

Combining my favourite sculpting mat pilates moves, expect layered rounds & longer sets. Small equipment is used for that extra burn, giving you the ultimate total body workout.

RESTORE

Focusing on lengthening your muscles and calming your nervous system with stretch classes led by Sam & Breath Work led by Jess.
This series aims to have you feeling in control of your body and mind. It invites you to slow down and take a moment of mindfulness for yourself.

FLOW

Dynamic classes for every mood. This class will lengthen, strengthen and tone your entire body with a focus on technique as you flow through the movement. Small equipment is used throughout for that extra burn, giving you the ultimate total body workout.

PRE NATAL

Combining my favourite standing & kneeling mat pilates moves to sculpt & lengthen while you grow your bub.

POST NATAL

Combining my favourite standing & kneeling mat pilates moves to rebuild strength, sculpt & lengthen to support you as you begin your journey in movement as a new mum.

HUSTLE

High intensity circuits, full body dynamic cardio classes incorporating Pilates techniques. This class is sure to have your heart rate up and endorphins flowing while you breathe through the burn!

FUNDAMENTALS

Nail the basics with this series. Focus on your technique, alignment, setups and breath. These classes are perfect for someone starting their Pilates journey or those looking for a refreshing moving meditation.
